If you want to discover the landscapes of the Sainte-Croix Lake, a paddle board trip is absolutely perfect! Standing on your board with your paddle, you can sail where you want.
Alone, with your friends or your family, stand-up paddling is a great outdoor activity to enjoy on the lake. Stand-up paddling is the fastest growing watersport in recent years, mainly because it’s accessible to all. It is an easy sport for beginners and develops agility.
It doesn’t require any particular physical condition: you choose your own pace. All you need is some sense of balance. And don’t worry, you can count on our team to explain you the basics of this fun water activity.
After paddling, you will surely be hungry! You can book a picnic to take away. Sandwiches or salads, your packed lunch will be waiting for you on site!
The starting point is directly at the Surf Center on the Margaridon beach, at the Sainte-Croix Lake, 83 630 Les Salles-sur-Verdon.
A 2-hour rental enables you to discover the charming little island of Costebelle and to have a nice ride.
An early morning outing is perfect for paddling on the Sainte-Croix Lake. The sun isn’t too intense, the lake is peaceful, and the colour of the water is splendid! But beware of sunburn: bring a hat or a cap and sun cream!
From April 13 to May 24 and from September 9 to September 26 :

From May 25 to July 5 and from August 26 to September 8 :

From July 6 to August 25 :
from 9 am to 11 am
We advise you to arrive 15 minutes before the desired departure time. This time will be used to confirm your reservation, talk about your little trip and enable you to have a great time during your activity!
Paddle board rental by the hour
During the rest of the day, you can rent a paddle by the hour without any reservation, depending on the availability of the equipments. To do so, let’s meet directly at the Surf Center. Beware of queues: booking online is the only way to ensure an available paddle board.
Our paddle boards
The Surf Center provides all the necessary equipment for a stand-up paddle ride:
a paddle board (beginner, intermediate or expert level depending on your personal level)
a paddle
a buoyancy aid. It is mandatory to wear it during the activity.
If you want an expert paddle board, just to tell us once you are here. We will evaluate your level together before accepting your request.
